Ms. Doris Wong is a counsel of Llinks Law Offices LLP. Doris obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester and Post-graduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. Doris is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.

Doris is experienced in advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and GEM of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She has participated in numerous successful IPO projects, involving a wide range of industry sectors such as financial leasing, construction, property management, food and beverage, garment, financial printing, travel agency and biometrics identification solutions. Her practice also covers debt issuance, mergers and acquisition, general commercial and compliance matters. Prior to joining Llinks, Doris had worked at a reputable local law firm and a leading Chinese law firm in Hong Kong.
