Mr. Han graduated from Fudan University Law School with a Bachelor's degree in law(LL.B.). Mr. Han joined Llinks in July 2016.
With nearly a decade of extensive experience, Mr. Han specializes in securities issuance, corporate investment and financing, PE/VC, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring.
In the areas of Securities Issuance, Mr. Han has successfully advised numerous companies on their initial public offerings (IPOs), including A-share and H-share listings, as well as bond issuances (convertible bonds, corporate bonds, offshore dollar bonds), public/private offerings, rights issues, and backdoor listings.
In the areas of Private Equity/Venture Capital, Mr. Han has provided legal counsel to domestic and international private equity/venture capital funds on their investment projects.
In the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions/Restructuring, Mr. Han has represented domestic and multinational corporations in M&A and restructuring transactions, including industrial investments, cross-border acquisitions, and restructurings in both China and overseas markets for investment institutions, listed and unlisted entities.
