Allen Zhang

Mr Allen Zhang graduated from Fudan University with a Master's degree in Law. Before joining in Llinks, Mr Zhang worked at a well-known law firm engaged in capital market legal services in 2016, and joined in Llinks Law Offices in 2019.

Mr Zhang has extensive experience in business areas such as corporate investment and financing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity and assets restructuring, corporate compliance, and business management.

In the field of enterprise investment and financing, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, Mr Zhang has completed more than one hundred projects of various kinds. His business fields mainly include domestic and overseas private equity investment and financing, domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions, corporate equity and asset restructuring, etc. The industry covers advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, new energy, Internet entertainment, education, medical services, pan finance, business management, mining, etc.

In the field of corporate business management, Mr Zhang has handled daily commercial legal affairs for dozens of listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational companies, private equity funds, and well-known private enterprises.
