Ms. Ashley Xia obtained her bachelor's degree in Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and Master's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Xia joined Llinks Law Offices in January 2016.
Ms. Xia has more than 10 years of practice experience in domestic and overseas Capital Markets, M&A, Restructuring, Corporate Investment and Financing, and Corporate and Commercial. Her clients cover Integrated circuits, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare, New Energy, Consumption and other industries.
In the areas of Capital Markets, Ms. Xia has advised numerous enterprises on domestic and overseas initial public offerings, private placements of shares, and domestic and overseas bond issuances.
In the areas of M&A and Restructuring, Ms. Xia has acted for listed companies in major asset restructuring, industrial M&A projects, and acquisition of control of listed companies.
In the areas of Corporate Investment and Financing, Ms. Xia has represented private equity/venture capital funds and enterprises in equity investment/financing transactions.
In the area of Corporate and Commercial, Ms. Xia has represented several listed companies, unlisted companies and funds in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis.
