Ms. Chris Xu graduated from Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, obtained Bachelor Degree of Laws, Bachelor Degree of English Language and Literature, and Master Degree of Laws. She joined Llinks Law Offices in April 2016.
Ms. Xu has over ten years of extensive experience in securities issuance, corporate investment and financing, PE/VC, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring.
In the areas of Securities Issuance, Ms. Xu has successfully advised numerous companies on their initial public offerings (IPOs), including A-share and Hshare listings, as well as bond issuances (convertible bonds, corporate bonds), public/private offerings, rights issues, and backdoor listings.
In the areas of Private Equity/Venture Capital, Ms. Xu has provided legal counsel to domestic and international private equity/venture capital funds on their investment projects.
In the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions/Restructuring, Ms. Xu has represented domestic and multinational corporations in M&A and restructuring transactions, including industrial investments, cross-border acquisitions, and restructurings in both China and overseas markets for investment institutions, listed and unlisted entities.
