Ms. Jingyun Zhao received her LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law and LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania. She joined Llinks Law Offices in April 2016 and is licensed to practice law in both China and New York, U.S.
Ms. Zhao has extensive experience in Capital Markets/Securities Issuance, Equity Investment & Financing/Mergers & Acquisitions, and Antitrust Compliance.

In the areas of Capital Markets/Securities Issuance, Ms. Zhao has advised numerous enterprises on initial public offerings and listings, refinancing of listed companies (issuance of shares, convertible bonds, etc.), acquisition of assets through share issuance by listed companies, and acquisition of controlling interests in listed companies.

In the areas of Equity Investment & Financing/Mergers & Acquisitions, Ms. Zhao has provided legal services for financial investments and industrial M&A or control-taking transactions for numerous professional investment institutions, while also representing several companies in the sale of controlling interests. In the areas of Antitrust Compliance, Ms. Zhao has provided merger control filing services and antitrust compliance advice for various M&A transactions.
