Sunny Feng

Mr. Sunny Feng graduated with an LL.B. from Fudan University and joined Llinks Law Offices in July 2017.

In the field of private fund, Mr. Feng provides legal services to domestic and overseas private fund managers in establishing RMB funds across various cities in China, possessing extensive practical experience in private fund law. In the areas of private equity and venture capital, Mr. Feng has represented numerous domestic and international investment funds in investments, acquisitions, and divestitures of various enterprises in China. Regarding mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, Mr. Feng advises many well-known domestic and foreign enterprises on foreign direct investment, restructuring, M&A, corporate divestitures, and outbound investments. In the real estate sector, Mr. Feng represents various domestic and overseas real estate investment funds and development companies in matters such as property acquisitions, transfers, project financing, and project management. In general corporate and commercial practice, Mr. Feng handles daily legal affairs for several globally and nationally renowned enterprises and listed companies.
