Profiles
Ms. Crystal Liu graduated from Fudan University and Durham University, where she obtained an LL.B. and an LL.M., respectively. Ms. Liu joined Llinks Law Offices in December 2017.
Ms. Liu’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular expertise in foreign-related and cross-border dispute resolution. She has represented domestic and international clients in disputes arising out of cross-border investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate control contests, international trade, the production and supply of industrial raw materials and other commercial sectors.
In the field of arbitration, Ms. Liu has represented clients in disputes administered by major arbitral institutions, including China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), as well as arbitrations conducted under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
In the field of litigation, Ms. Liu has represented domestic and international clients in proceedings before courts in, among others, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. She has also advised clients in matters concerning applications for the confirmation of the validity of arbitration agreements, the setting aside of arbitral awards, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
