Rex Wang

Mr. Rex Wang received his LLB from the East China University of Political Science and Law and his LLM from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Wang joined Llinks Law Offices in June 2018.

Mr. Wang has almost ten years’ experience in law. Mr. Wang’s practice focuses primarily on real estate-related investment, acquisition, disposal, joint development and operation management. He also advises clients on corporate investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Wang has long provided legal services for well-known domestic financial and insurance groups, asset management institutions, domestic and foreign real estate developers, real estate funds and investment institutions, logistics and industrial companies in both foreign-related and domestic transactions.

In the area of real estate development, Mr. Wang has represented a number of well-known real estate developers, including domestic private enterprises, state-owned enterprises, Hong Kong-invested enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, in connection with public land bidding, joint development, project disposal and urban renewal projects. The relevant projects cover residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial park, historical preservation and renovation, and urban-village redevelopment projects. In the area of corporate and commercial matters, Mr. Wang has provided daily legal services for dozens of real estate developers, hotel groups, state-owned enterprises, insurance groups and well-known private enterprises.
