Zhen Chen

Mr. Chen graduated from the East China University of Politics and Law.  He joined Llinks Law Offices in 1999, and previously worked at a reputable law firm in Shanghai. Mr. Chen served as full-time member of the 1st and 2nd Growth Enterprise Board Public Offering Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and member of the 7th Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Mr. Chen is currently appointed as the Executive Partner and the Head of Managing Committee of the firm.

With 20-year's concentration on capital markets and corporate finance, and hands-on experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other areas, Mr. Chen has accumulated valuable skills and experience. Providing legal services for dozens of enterprises regarding financing and restructuring in domestic and foreign capital markets, he has gained full recognition for his professional competence from his clients and partners. Mr. Chen currently serves on internal review committees of many securities companies such as Haitong Securities and Sinolink Securities. He has also provided legal services for numerous enterprises regarding domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions, some of which have been set as representative matters and cases.

Mr. Chen was awarded the title of "Shanghai Pudong Top 10 Distinguished Young Lawyers" in 2009.
