The Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange ("SUAEE") recently issued a letter of appointment to Llinks' partner Dr. David Pan and formally appointed Dr. Pan as its panelist.
The SUAEE is a comprehensive property transaction service organization approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. As a designated listed transaction organization for state-owned assets transactions, the SUAEE handles transactions of corporate equity transfer, corporate capital increase and corporate asset transfer which involve state-owned companies administered by China central government or Shanghai government.
