In response to the increasing demand for legal compliance services brought by "Go Global" policy, and in order to organize legal compliance resources and actively carry out compliance management studies, and as a guidance for lawyers to provide legal compliance services, the All China Lawyers Association, following 6 months of preparation, formed the "Enterprise Legal Compliance Services Special Work Group". Working together with the Peking University Press, the Work Group edited and compiled the "Selected Papers on Compliance Theory and Practice of Chinese Enterprises in Going Global". Two papers written by Llinks lawyers, Practical Study on Personal Information Security Compliance under GDPR (by David Pan and Zishan Deng) and On Compliance Management of Multinational Corporations (by David Pan and Xin Hong) were selected into the compilation.
