Hongpeng Qiu graduated from Shenzhen University School of Law with a Bachelor's Degree in Law. Between 2009 and 2016, he served as a judge in the local courts of Shenzhen and Guangzhou and mainly engaged in trial and execution. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial trials and judgment execution. Before joining Llinks, he practised in one of the top law firms in China.
Hongpeng has been dedicated for many years to the field of civil and commercial dispute resolutions. He is good at formulating litigation (arbitration) plans and resolution strategies for various major cases. As an outstanding litigator and arbitrator, Hongpeng has provided relevant legal services for many large enterprises, and has extensive practical experience in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution.

Clarence Chung graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor Degree in Law. Before joining Llinks, he had served in well-known law firms and one of the top internet companies in China.
Clarence has many years of experience in legal services, focusing on various types of projects in the field of investment and financing, capital markets and foreign direct investment, which involved a number of industries including technology, TMT, integrated circuit, digital assets, real estate, healthcare, F&B, logistics and infrastructure. He has represented numerous high profile investment institutions and fast-growing enterprises.
Clarence has accumulated extensive experience in fund-raising, investments, management and withdraws areas. He is good at assisting financial and strategic investors to realize their business objectives under the premise of controlling legal risks.
