On 1 March 2019, the Chinese Olympic Committee Olympic Games Preparation Office officially issued its letter of appointment, appointing Attorney David Wu, partner of Llinks Law Offices as its legal counsel for the management, planning and coordination services for the preparation stage of the Olympic Games.
Attorney Wu has been appointed Ad-hoc arbitrator by the Court of Arbitration for Sports at the 2014 Sochi Russian Winter Olympics, making him the only Chinese arbitrator currently on record with Olympic arbitration experience meantime the second Chinese Arbitrator to be appointed. So far, Attorney Wu and his colleagues have provided professional legal services to domestic sports authorities, associations, institutions and practitioners as well.
