The Spring Festival of 2020 is a special one. We believe that all of us are praying for Wuhan City, Hubei Province and the whole country of China. I. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the local governments, our Shanghai office and Beijing office will re-open on 10 February. It is recommended that we postpone all business trip arrangements until then and hold or attend meetings by means of telephone calls, video conferences, or other remote forms.

II. After returning to work on 10 February, we will continue to implement the relevant measures to prevent and control the epidemic. Should any problem arises, we will immediately launch the emergency procedures. In addition, we will also conduct strict prevention and control management in the office areas. During the initial period after we return to the office, remote conference calls are still recommended as the primary choice of attending meetings; and if there is an urgent need for you to have meetings in our offices, for the sake of the safety and health of you and other people, we will wear masks with you throughout the meeting. We will also provide masks to you if requested.

III. The relevant governmental authorities, people's courts and arbitral institutions have recently issued the Notice on Adjustment of the Relevant Work during Epidemic Prevention and Control. We will continue to closely follow the updates and communicate with you timely.
