On 20 November, 2019, Llinks successfully held a seminar on the "Valuation of Technological Investments and Relevant Legal Issues in the Life and Health Sectors" at its Shanghai office. Over 40 business representatives and in-house counsels from the medical industry were in attendance.
David PAN delivered a speech on the predicaments and risk distribution in the development of new drugs, along with the legal issues involved in using certain valuation methods when investing in new drugs.
Followed by Mr. Pan's speech, Mr. Xun YANG continued with a topic regarding legal issues related to intellectual property, information security and supervision in pharmaceutical and medical device technology transactions.
Towards the end, David Pan and Xun Yang interacted with the attendants in the form of a Q&A combined with a discussion, and shared and discussed related topics with the participants in a humorous and in-depth manner.
