The Shanghai International Arbitration Summit Forum was held in Shanghai on 8 November, 2019. In Attendance were more than 500 representatives, arbitrators, experts and scholars from over 30 countries and regions who witnessed the inauguration ceremony of the Shanghai Arbitration Association (Abbreviated as" SHAA").  David YU, Llinks managing partner, was elected as its first president. Mr. Yu gave his inaugural speech during the ceremony.
