The 63rd Annual Congress of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) was held in Luxembourg November 6 - 10, 2019. A Chinese lawyers' delegation joined the conference which was attended by more than 1,000 lawyers from 100+ countries and regions.
A China Special Session "Belt & Road Initiative, Connecting China and the World" was held in the afternoon of November 8, 2019. More than 50 legal practitioners from China, UK, US, Italy, Tunisia, Austria, Germany, Paraguay, Switzerland, Greece etc participated the Session. Yuhua YANG, LLinks' partner, not only delivered a presentation in respect of China related Inbound and Outbound Investment & Trade, but also actively took part in the panel discussion of the Singapore Convention on Mediation, its possible far-reaching effects and current concerns. The attendees enthusiastically shared a lot of observation and comments with mutual interests.
