On 5 September, 2019, Llinks and LCOUNCIL successfully held a seminar on "Internal Anti-Fraud Investigations, Data Security and Electronic Forensics Practices" in Shanghai. Mr. David Pan and Mr. Qing Yin from Llinks together with Mr. Yongjian Guo, who is an expert on electronic data forensics, shared their practical experience on internal anti-fraud investigations, data security and electronic data forensics.
Mr. Pan and Mr. Yin shared some typical cases around the theme of Anti-Fraud Investigation Survey Techniques, and further analyzed the purpose of and means used in internal investigations, the difficulties of an enterprise's internal anti-fraud investigation, focus on how to conduct an interview by making use interviewers' quick thinking, the practical considerations of whether to report case and improving the success rate of anti-fraud operations.
Around the theme of Data Security and Electronic Data Forensics, Mr. Guo started from the definition of electronic data, then expanded the discussion to the characteristics, development and demand for talent in electronic data forensics accompanied by specific examples.
Towards the end, the three speakers interacted with the participants in the form of questions and answers and discussions, and shared and discussed relevant content with the participants in a humorous and in-depth manner.
