Ms. Guixiang Jin received her LL.B degree and LL.M degree from Jilin University School of Law and received her Japanese Law LL.M degree from Hokkaido University. She practiced in several famous PRC law firms and a Korean law firm. She is proficient in both Korean and Japanese in addition to Mandarin.
Ms. Jin has been focusing on legal service since 2005, and has accumulated experience in foreign direct investment, corporate law, M&A, private equity, compliance advisory, insolvency & restructuring and real estate. She is experienced in dealing with numerous cross-border investment, M&A and financing projects for large and listed companies from China, South Korea and Japan. Being a legal consultant for investment institutions, she takes part in equity investment and business conferences. Ms. Jin has a rich practicing experience in the following industries: automotive, energy, real estate, chemical, supply-chain, media & entertainment, medicine etc.
