Llinks is delighted to announce Ms. Lily Yuan has joined Llinks as a new partner.
Ms. Lily Yuan graduated from Tsinghua University. From 2004 to 2010, she practiced law in a PRC law firm, then served as risk manager in a bank. From 2012 to 2019, she was engaged in legal and compliance work for a fund management company. Ms. Yuan joined Llinks as a partner in July 2019.
Ms. Yuan has more than 10 years of experience in banking, public funds and other legal work. She is very familiar with laws, regulations and policies related to public funds. Ms. Yuan has a wealth of experience in product design, compliance management, compliance training and risk management within financial institutions.
Llinks believes Ms. Yuan will further strengthen its Funds and Asset Management practice in order to respond to the rapidly growing needs of our clients.
