On July 29 2019, Attorney David Wu, Partner of Llinks Law Offices presented a lecture in Huya Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huya Live Platform") and Guangzhou Huaduo Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("YY Live Platform") at the invitation of the former's General Counsel. Nearly 50 members of the companies' domestic and foreign legal service teams attended the lecture.
Attorney Wu first focused on the relevance between live broadcasting industry and sports industry, presented his latest understanding on the future development and governance in the live-broadcasting industry, and put forward his great expectations. During the four-hour lecture, Attorney Wu made in-depth communications with all participants, and further discussed the recent hot issues in the industry, sharing their perspectives on both the sports industry and entertainment industry. Through the lecture, participants formed their new outlook on the trend and future development of the live-broadcasting industry.
