Under the maturing sports industry in European and American, the market potential in the future will be gathering in Asia, especially in China. At present, the legal construction of domestic sports industry is contemporarily influenced by both the European and American sports law systems. Through study and practice, it would be necessary to learn from the edges thereof and explore the suitable way for Chinese sports.
