On 23 - 24 May 2019, LLinks Partner Ms. Yuhua Yang was invited to attend the Understanding China Training Program organized by EUROCHAMBERS/EU SME Centre in Brussels. In the Engaging in China session, Ms. Yang delivered a presentation in respect of Chinese Contract Law and the new Foreign Investment Law. Attendees were from various EU-based trade support organizations, EU business communities, and a couple of representatives from the European Commission.
Understanding China is a project of the European Commission. It aims to better deepen the knowledge of the changeable business climate for European enterprises, to keep them updated with the latest development trends and to provide value-added service for them. In addition, the project also provides a platform for business and policy communication about EU-China relations.
