On 18 April 2019, the 16th Zhejiang Investment Promotion Agency Conference & Digital Economy Exchange 2019 was held at Sorl Hotel Hangzhou. Mr. Wei Hu, Deputy Mayor of Hangzhou, and Mr. Jian Wang, Deputy Director of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Ms. Wenxia Xu, Vice-commissioner and Vice-secretary of Party Committee of Hangzhou Investment Promotion Bureau hosted the conference and exchange meeting. Nearly 80 guests attended the conference, including representatives from the commerce bureaus (commissions), investment promotion bureaus, investment promotion agencies and related departments, executives of Fortune 500 and multinational companies related to digital economy, business representatives and investment agencies.
Llinks partner Dr. David Pan was invited to attend the meeting and had in-depth exchanges with participants on the current hot issues related to digital economy, cyber security and data protection. Participants also discussed about the emerging issues of digital economy such as promotion of foreign investment under new Foreign Investment Law, promotion of investment collaboration in the area of digital economy and resource sharing.
