On October 30 – November 1, 2018, Shanghai SMEs Finance Cadres Training Sessions (the "Training Sessions"), which were jointly organized by Shanghai Office for Promoting Development & Coordination of SMEs, Shanghai Stock Exchange, SPD Bank Shanghai Branch, were held at Jiading District, Shanghai. There were almost a hundred participants from SHEITC, 16 districts of Shanghai and more than 30 industrial parks attended the Training Sessions. Focused on SMEs financial services, the lecturers and the participants shared and discussed several current hot topics such as the latest guidance on IPO, strategies on capital market & IPO, Sino-US trade friction and strategic adjustment of the PRC. Llinks counsel, Ms. Harriet Li was invited to attend the Training Sessions.
Titled "the Latest Legal Practices of IPO", the training session featured Ms. Harriet Li introduced recent primary legal practices of IPO systematically. Furthermore, Ms. Li raised practice advices regarding the major concerns which the government departments focus on in the course of IPO. At the end of the trading, the participants adequately interacted with Ms. Li on the training topics.
