In October 2018, China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO) held training sessions on compliance in Shanghai for 40 key members in the group's legal department. On October 26, Llinks partner, Dr. David Pan and counsel, Mr. Kevin Huang were invited by COSCO to deliver a training session on antitrust law. Titled "Laws and Practices of Shipping Antitrust Compliance", the training session featured Dr. Pan and Mr. Huang analyzing monopoly agreement, abusing of market dominance, concentration of business undertakings and legal structure of practices of US antitrust laws, as well as the impact of big data on antitrust enforcement and market competition. Furthermore, the two attorneys raised practice advice regarding the establishment of corporate antitrust compliance structure, antitrust risk management and response to government investigation and litigation. At the end of the trading, the attendees proactively interacted with Dr. Pan and Mr. Huang on the training topics.
