On 20 September 2018, "30 Questions About the CSL" launched officially online and offline, which is written by Llinks Cybersecurity and Data Law Service Team and published by Wolters Kluwer.
With a view to marking the e first anniversary of the implementation of the China's Cybersecurity Law (the "CSL"), and to enabling companies to have a better understanding of their responsibilities and obligations under the CSL, Llinks Cybersecurity and Data Law Service Team and Wolters Kluwer have jointly published a series of concise articles titled "30 Questions About the CSL" ("30 Questions"). In this series, we aim to articulate companies' responsibilities and obligations under the CSL by interpreting applicable laws and regulations, as well as precedent cases.
"30 Questions" contains 30 professional articles on cybersecurity laws covering critical information infrastructure, compliance and best practices of privacy policies, data localization, and personal information protection.
