22 August 2018, Llinks was delighted to announce Raymond Cai as the counsel to join its Banking and Financial Services.
Raymond graduated and earned his LLB and LLM degrees from Law School of Zhejiang University. He ever worked for a leading international law firm in Shanghai and Hong Kong for more than 10 years before joining Llinks.
Raymond acted for financial institutions, foreign invested real estate developers, M&A funds, private equity funds/venture capital funds in various matters such as financing, investment and assets management, having extensive experience in property finance, ship finance, cross-border leverage finance, privatization finance, derivatives, assets-backed securitization, NPL disposal, private equity and insurance.
Llinks believes Raymond Cai will further strengthen its Banking and Financial Services practice to respond rapidly growing needs of our clients in this field.
