On 19 July 2018, Llinks partner David Wu was invited to give a training lecture in School of Economic and Management of Shanghai University of Sport. The lecture was themed with four aspects of sports, namely: intermediation in sports, sports law system, legal issues arising from transfer and players' employment agreement as well as sports sponsorship, which helps to popularize and construct the knowledge framework for students in universities by considering the characteristics of the students and following relevant policies of domestic sports field.
Based on the favorable policies and talent advantage in the sports field of School of Economics and Management of Shanghai University of Sports, the training lecture started from the recent hot topic of sports intermediation and aimed to help to train more professional sports talents such as sports intermediaries through the long-term practical experience of lawyers. The way of giving lectures reflects the social value of law firms and sports lawyers, as well as improves the quality of sports talents.
