On 19 July 2018, the seminar on "Network Graded Protection Regulation (Exposure Draft Seeking Comment)" was held at the Rui'an Hotel in Beijing. The seminar was co-sponsored by the China Information Security Law Conference and the Network Security Law Research Center of the Third Institute under the Ministry of Public Security. Dr. David Pan from Llinks, together with other nearly 40 government officials, scholars, information security directors and general counsels from big data internet companies, was invited and attended the seminar. In the seminar, Dr. David Pan had an in-depth discussion with other participants on the major issues of the Exposure Draft.
