On 13 July, 2018, Mr. David PAN was invited to conduct a training program about data compliance for employees from Consumer Goods and Medical Devices business department of the US Johnson & Johnson (J&J) China, at the Longzhimeng Hotel on Yan'an West Road, Shanghai. Focusing on the topic of "Compliant Business Use of Personal Information and Medical Big Data", Mr. PAN explained the definition and scope of personal information under Chinese law, and put emphasis up on the main legal requirements and compliance points of personal information collection and use, combined with cases. Mr. PAN also analyzed current hot issues relating to medical big data and medical artificial intelligence.
During the training lecture, Mr. PAN and the J&J team actively interacted with many practical issues. At the end of program, Mr. PAN further responded to many difficult issues that the company and employees were concerned, which gained a responsive and interactive effect
