Ping An Real Estate Risk Control Department conducted a two-day business training in Wuzhen from 20 June. Llinks Partner, Teddy LI was invited as a lecturer to share the legal issues related to the real estate fund and investment project legal structure.
With the topic of "Introduction to the Legal Structure of Real Estate Funds and Project Investment", Teddy described the impact of the real estate fund model on the Ping An Real Estate Equity Investment business, based on the current policy and new regulations combined with the company's actual business conditions, and the impact of the new regulations on the future of real estate funds. During the training course, Mr. Li had an extensive discussion with the lecturees on above mentioned issues.
