This forum, themed with "Considerations on Rule of Law in Deepening Sports Reform in New Era", attracted around 120 scholars, lawyers and practitioners.Liu Yan, Chairman of the Sports Law Studies Institute of China Law Society, was invited to make key remarks, and over 20 experts from academia and practice field delivered keynote speeches themed with sports reform, development of rule of law, etc.
Mr. WU is constantly active in sports law and deeply involved in Chinese sports reform. During his speech at the forum, he explained the domestic and foreign sports dispute resolution system and analyzed the necessity for establishment of a national sports arbitration committee at current phrase of reform on the theme of "Discussion on the Establishment of Sports Arbitration System", by summarizing his own academic research results and practice experience, which drew high attention and heated discussion among the attendees.
