In the afternoon of 22 March 2018, Llinks and Wolters Kluwer co-organized a seminar on "Key Legal Issues on Technology Transaction for the Chemical Industry" and successfully held at Llinks Shanghai office. More than 30 general counsels and professional lawyers who work in the field of chemical lines attended this seminar.
Llinks partner David PAN first shared the keynote speech related to "Legal Issues on Technical Valuation in the Chemical Industry" from the following aspects like methods of technical valuation, technology investment, technology license and etc. His unique opinion resonated with the attendees along with his speech.
In the second part of this seminar, Xun YANG, addressed the keynote speech "Negotiation of Technology Acquisition". During the speech, he shared his own practical experience and typical cases with the attendees from the investigation and negotiation strategies before negotiations, solutions to disputes or disagreements, and implementation of contracts afterwards.
During the session of Q&A, attendees shared their own experiences, opinions and doubts they met from past experience, fueling a lively discussion.
