Yang Esq. graduated from Fudan University with both a bachelor in law and a master in jurisprudence degree. He also received an LL.M. degree from Columbia University. Prior to joining Llinks, Yang Esq., has worked for reputable international law firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simmons & Simmons, based in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London and other international cities for a total of 15 years, among which almost 8 years are experience in foreign jurisdictions.
During the past 15 years, Yang Esq., has generated extensive experience in advising on data security, privacy, intellectual property, unfair-competition matters with a focus on TMT, life science, financial service, high-tech manufacturing sectors, and in assisting clients in technology transactions, IP licenses, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, distribution, and manufacturing arrangements.
Additionally, Yang Esq. has in-depth experiences in the area of anti-trust as well as mergers and acquisitions in TMT and life science sectors.
Yang Esq. is routinely invited to contribute for reputable legal publications such as China Law & Practice, Data Guidance, Computer and Technology Law Review, and E-Commerce Law Practitioner, and also, for a number of times, charged of the China TMT Law chapter for Getting the Deal Through.
