Llinks has announced that it is continuing to add significant fire power to its Dispute Resolution with the appointment of prominent partner, Vincent MU to the firm. Before joining Llinks in 2017, Mr. Mu worked at a Shanghai law firm which focuses on foreign-related legal services and a leading Chinese law firm for years, specializing in dispute resolution area. Mr. Mu currently is a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
Mr. Mu has rich experience in providing legal services to Fortune 500 and multinational clients from industries such as finance, investment, international hotel management, automobile, pharmacy, industrial gas, fast moving consumer goods, retailing, solar energy and real estate. Mr. Mu also has experience in advising individual entrepreneurs in some high-profile cases. Mr. Mu is widely known as an expert in commercial arbitration area. He authored many articles published on China Business Law Journal, China Law & Practice and other international press. Those articles by Mr. Mu attract extensive attention in international arbitration community and have been constantly quoted by other law practitioners.
Mr. Mu is named "Top 10 Excellent Young Lawyers in Shanghai (2011-2013)" by Shanghai Bar Association. Between 2014 and 2016, Mr. Mu was named "Associate to Watch" by Chambers and Partners for 3 consecutive years.
