Invited by Wolters Kluwer and Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association, Llinks successfully held a seminar on "M&A Case Sharing Session in Chemical Industry" at Shanghai One Lujiazui in the afternoon of October 20th, 2017. More than 30 general counsels and professional lawyers who work in the field of chemical lines attended this seminar.
Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association President, Mr. Qiang, started the seminar with a wonderful speech. The seminar consists of discussion part and sharing part. The round table set up at the seminar created a relaxing atmosphere, encouraging everyone to actively express their opinions. His unique opinion resonated with the attendees along with his speech.
