October 31, 2017, the "2017 China New Cyber Security Law Compliance Conference" was successfully held by Llinks and GIC (Global Intelligence Communications China Ltd) in Shanghai.
Numerous representatives from a variety of industries, such as automobile, pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, medicine, cosmetics, manufacturing and consulting and some of Top 500 enterprises attended the conference; eight of them were invited to speak as special guests for this conference. The conference was carried out in a manner that alternates between listening to the speech and brainstorming. This created an ideal relaxing atmosphere for interaction and communication.
Llinks partner David Pan elaborated his view and talked about the compliance and limits of transnational data use and transmission, while analyzing how to legally transmit data to enterprises across the border. Then, in the brainstorming session on the potential risks of an authorized third party's data use, he led the discussion of three special guests on stage. The attendees all recorded key information in a timely manner.
