Since the promulgation and implementation of the Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China ("CSL"), compliance with the CSL becomes a hot topic among all enterprises. In today's digital age, business operations heavily rely on networks. The importance of cyber security to enterprises is self-evident. The implementation of the CSL will inevitably exert a great impact on enterprises' business operation and on their compliance works.
Llinks organized the partners and their teams from its Shanghai and Beijing offices to jointly carry out the extensive research on the CSL's impact on corporate compliance works.
