In August 2017, FIBA Asia assigned Mr. David WU, Llinks partner, as its legal representative in order to handle an existing international dispute with a company which was organizing a continental basketball competition. The said dispute involved multiple national basketball associations, enterprises, and numerous basketball clubs from different countries such as China, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, among others. The importance of the consequences has drawn the attention of multiple members and followers of basketball on a worldwide level.
From the moment of the engagement, Llinks provided prompt and effective legal advice and services at all times as a result of the rich experience and professional knowledge in the field of International Sports Law.
