On July 7, 2017, Llinks partner, David Wu, was invited by Shanghai Overseas Chinese Foundation to attend the welcome banquet of China (Shanghai) Youth Football Invitational 2017 jointly held by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Shanghai Municipal Government. David delivered a speech on the development of youth football in China. David was also assigned by Shanghai Overseas Chinese Foundation as legal consultant on international sports law.
