March 18th 2017, Athletes Employment Contract Forum was held at Peking University , organized by China Law Society. Llinks Lawyers were invited to deliver a speech on "How to Ensure An Athlete Fulfills the Contract and Carries Out Penalties of the Termination". There were over 90 specialists attended this forum, who are legal counsels of leading professional clubs, professors from renowned universities, sports journalists and sports' agents.
With the rapid growth of sports industry, Athletes frequently face the dilemma that the employment contract is lawless which reflects the fact that the deletion of the related regulations and laws of current sports industry. About the Forum concern was raised by well-known media and State Physical Cultural Administration China Sports Press and so on, who report the Forum to the public and dispel public concern on the Sports Law.
