On February 16th and 17th , 2017, Ms. Yuhua Yang, Llinks Partner, was invited to attend the third Understanding China training program organized by EU SME Center in Brussels. In the Engaging in China session on the second day of the conference, Ms. Yang delivered a speech concerning "Sales Contract and the New Foreign Investment Law (Draft)", followed by an in-depth discussion, particularly the cross-border e-commerce under the Chinese regulatory regime, with attendees from various EU-based trade support organisations, EU business communities, and a couple of representatives from the European Commission.
