Dr. David Pan has recently joined Llinks as our newest partner.
David obtained his Master of Laws from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, his LL.M from Harvard Law School, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. David was admitted to practice law in 2002. He is also admitted in New York State, USA. David currently serves as a member of the China Energy Law Society.
David previously worked in two well-known law firms over six years. For the past decade, he has worked as in-house counsel for Huntsman Corporation at its Shanghai office and in its Houston headquarters. Before joining Llinks, he served as the Deputy Division Counsel for Huntsman Polyurethanes business and as Huntsman's General Counsel for Greater China.
David has considerable experience in various legal matters relating to the establishment and operations of large scale manufacturing businesses. In his past practices, he has provided his clients with excellent services in M&A, foreign direct investment, joint venture, technology licensing, franchising, bulk sales and regulatory compliance such as anti-corruption, antitrust and environment, health and safety.
David's experience and expertise in corporate matters, cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance such as anti-corruption and antitrust, will further boost and strengthen Llinks' practices in these areas.
