On 6 October 2016, Llinks partner Ms. Yuhua YANG was invited to attend The Law Society's International Marketplace 2016 Conference, and spoke on the Brexit panel. The panel discussion was chaired by Mr. Mickael Laurans, head of the joint Brussels office, Law Societies of England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The formidable panelists include Ms. Rosa Wilkinson, innovation director of Department for International Trade of the UK, Mr. Harold Paisner, senior partner emeritus of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, Mr. Steve Abraham, partner of Baker & McKenzie London office, Mr. Markus Malik, counsel of Jurit, eventually excellent feedback received from delegates.
The day before the Conference, together with a small Chinese delegate group, Yuhua visited the Commercial Court (Rolls Building) and met Mr. Justice Blair, the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court.
