On the 4th, 9th and 11thof July 2014, the Asset Management Association of China organized the risk management and compliance training classes for over 400 participants from Asset Management companies and their subsidiaries based in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Llinks partner Sandra Lu was invited to gave a lecture on the current legal problems and solutions in relation to the fund industry. Other leading and prominent individuals from the industry also gave interesting and exciting speeches, addressing some problems and challenges with regards to governance and regulation of the fund industry.
