Llinks Partner Christophe Han was recently appointed one of the first ever Legal Advisors Group by the People's Government of Hainan Province. Christophe Han also delivered a speech on the issues concerning cross-border electronic commerce, offshore duty-free policy as well as the legislation soon to take effect in the free trade zone, at the inaugural meeting of the Legal Advisory Group of Hainan Province.
