"China M&A Forum", principally initiated by Sailing Capital Management Co. Ltd., was established in Shanghai on November 28, 2013. Llinks is a co-sponsor of the form, together with four other law firms, several commercial banks, securities companies, accounting firms and appraisal firms. "China M&A Forum" will be devoted to creating a platform for the Chinese M&A market, in order to share resources, information and services for mutual benefits through the cooperation among its members. It will integrate resources of all kinds in capital markets in order to innovatively re-define China's M&A practice.
