On 17 August 2012, the All China Lawyers Association International Practice Committee's "2nd Seminar on Capital Market Trends and PRC Lawyers' Practice" was held at Llinks' Shanghai Office. Partners and lawyers from many renowned law firms, including partners of Llinks Christophe Han and Calista Huang, had attended this seminar. The attendees had in-depth discussions and exchange mainly on such topics as "the opportunities and challenges for PRC lawyers brought by the setup of the International Board", "impact on lawyers' practice from CSRC's intensified regulation" and "international capital markets and opportunities of the PRC lawyers".
